Cooking in Normandy


I undertake a variety of consultancy work for producers, manufacturers and restaurants, particularly in relation to developing recipes. This can involve promoting a new ingredient, trying to maximise the potential of a product, or bridging the gap between producer and consumer by highlighting a product's best features and how it should be used. I have also created dishes for menus, and specialise in cakes and baking.
